Importance of AI in Cattle
Artificial Insemination (AI) is a cornerstone of modern cattle development. It enables farmers to improve breed quality, increase milk production, and reduce the spread of diseases — without the cost and logistics of maintaining breeding bulls in every village.
At Grameen Bharat, our AI training programme teaches semen handling, estrus detection, insemination techniques, and record management. Trained AI technicians become vital resources in their communities, earning livelihoods while helping farmers achieve better genetics and higher incomes.
